We strive to ensure that all our work is carried out to the highest standard and all items will be completed for a pre arranged time within 48 hours. A priority service is available at a small charge.

All garments are returned hung on complementary plastic hangers, and all bedding and towels etc will be returned carefully folded. All folded garments will be placed inside strong plastic laundry bags and we ask that these are kept by the customer and used for each order placed.
Garment covers are not used as we have found sleeves are often creased by using these.
All items will be spray starched to ensure a crisp finish unless otherwise requested by the client.
Fragranced ironing waters will be used at all times unless otherwise requested by the client.

Local collection and delivery service is available by arrangement on orders of £5.00 or over (this service can be arranged for orders below this amount but a delivery charge will apply details are outlined below).

We also offer Customer Loyalty Schemes and an Introduce a Friend incentive (full details can be found in the Incentives section of the site.

Laundry Service.
We are currently able to offer a full wash, fold and iron service to a limited number of customers per day. This does however increase the turnaround time of the order to a maximum of 72 hours (or 48 hours under priority service charge) to allow time for washing and drying prior to ironing. Weather premitting orders can be line dried if customers prefer this, but in times of bad weather this service is unavailable.
All orders for the laundry service must be sorted into whites, colours and darks prior to collection
