Q: Is collection and delivery available in my area?
A:
At the present time we are only able to offer a collection and delivery service within Scunthorpe and Bottesford. We welcome customers from outside this area but self collection and delivery or collection and delivery to an alternate address within the designated areas is required.
Q: Can collection and delivery be arranged from my place of work?
A:
Providing the work address is within Scunthorpe or Bottesford and you will be available at the time of collection and delivery we are happy to arrange this for you.
Q: Is collection and delivery available at the times other than those outlined?
A:
Unfortunately we are only available for collection and delivery at theses times due to the drivers other work committments.
Q: Do you wash the order before ironing it?
A:
We are able to offer a wash, fold and iron service but this increases the turnaround time from 48 hours to 72 hours. Prices for this service can be found on the service section of this site.
Q: What is the quickest way to contact you?
A:
All our contact information is available on the contact us page. For an immediate response please call using the numbers provided. All queries submitted using the online form will be responded to within 24 hours.
Q: How can I plcae an order?
A:
For orders requiring collection within 24 hours please call using the numbers provided. Orders requiring collection outside of 24 hours can be placed either by calling the numbers provided or by visiting the place an order section of our website and submittig the online form ensuring that all required details have been included.
