Damaged Items
All non iron items and those recieved with damage or scorch marks will not be ironed. All items will be checked on arrival at the premises and a ticket attatched to those we are unable to iron. This will outline any damage or other reason as to why the garment has not been ironed.
In the very unlikely event that garments become scorched or damaged whilst in our care we offer a strict replacement policy. The damaged garment will be replaced with either an identical garment, or where this is not possible another garment of equal value.
